We’re looking forward to introducing you to Alexis Quintal. Check out our conversation below.
Good morning Alexis, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: Would YOU hire you? Why or why not?
Absolutely, I would hire me. In fact, I’ve been my own best case study for the past five years. Everything I provide to clients, including personal branding strategy, public relations, thought leadership positioning, I’ve also applied to myself. I built Rosarium by treating my personal brand as a living example of what’s possible when you align your business with your passion and long-term goals.
I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges my clients face such as needing visibility, building credibility, and balancing authenticity with growth and I’ve tested the very strategies I now deliver for them. The fact that Rosarium has grown steadily, and that my own personal brand has opened doors for partnerships, speaking opportunities, and business expansion, shows that the system works.
So yes, I’d hire me, because I know I’m not just advising from theory. I’m walking the same path as my clients, proving that the work we do together really can transform both their business and their life.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Alexis Quintal, CEO and founder of Rosarium Collective. At Rosarium, we specialize in helping CEOs and entrepreneurs build personal brands that open doors to new business, partnerships, speaking engagements, and thought leadership opportunities.
What makes us unique is that we don’t just focus on “looking good online”, we build brands that are strategic, sustainable, and directly tied to a client’s business goals. I often describe Rosarium as equal parts PR agency, marketing collective, and talent manager for executives.
My own story is tightly connected to the work we do. Over the last five years, I’ve used myself and my business as a case study. Everything I recommend to clients from content strategy, PR outreach, brand storytelling I’ve implemented for myself. The result is that Rosarium has grown organically, and my personal brand has become one of my greatest assets in generating revenue and opportunities.
Right now, I’m especially excited about expanding our talent management program and helping CEOs leverage their expertise to monetize their brand and create new avenues of influence beyond their companies.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
The relationship that has most shaped how I see myself is the one I have with my grandmother. When my parents weren’t able to step into the role of parenting, she stepped in without hesitation and raised me. Even through the bad decisions I made in my teen years, she never wavered in her love or her belief in me. She praised me when I didn’t feel I deserved it and reminded me constantly that I was capable of being my best self.
Rosarium is actually named in honor of her. We both share the middle name Rose, and it felt only right to build my company with her spirit at its foundation. Every day, I strive to make her proud, not just in what I achieve, but in how I show up for others with compassion, resilience, and authenticity.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me resilience in a way that success never could. One of the hardest days of my life was finding out my mother had passed away. Moments like that break you wide open but they also reveal a strength you didn’t know you had.
What I learned is that I can face pain head-on, process it, and still keep moving forward. That doesn’t mean I don’t feel sadness, it means I’ve developed the ability to hold pain and purpose at the same time. As an entrepreneur, that’s critical. We don’t always have the luxury of staying down for long; businesses, teams, and clients rely on us to keep showing up.
Suffering gave me a kind of clarity: I can endure loss, hardship, or setbacks, and still create something meaningful on the other side. Success feels good—but it never taught me that.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, the public version of me is the real me. I love this question because it goes right to the heart of personal branding. I believe you should show up the same way everywhere: online, offline, in the boardroom, at home with family, or out with friends. Consistency builds trust, and more importantly, it feels a lot better than performing a version of yourself that isn’t true.
That said, it didn’t happen overnight. It took me time to learn how to be myself comfortably in every setting. That’s actually something I teach my clients, how to strip away the pressure of “fitting into a brand” and instead lean into who they really are. It’s funny to say that being yourself doesn’t always come naturally, but for many of us, it takes practice.
One of the compliments I get most often is that I’m the same person everywhere I go. To me, that’s the best measure of personal and professional alignment.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What are you doing today that won’t pay off for 7–10 years?
What I’m doing today that won’t pay off for 7–10 years is investing in legacy-building, for both myself and my clients. Every piece of content I create, every relationship I nurture, and every stage I step onto is part of a long game of credibility, reputation, and impact.
In personal branding and PR, the immediate results are great: visibility, leads, partnerships, but the deeper payoff comes years down the road. I’m planting seeds now that will allow me to step more fully into thought leadership, authorship, and bigger platforms where I can influence change and empower others.
For Rosarium, that means building a company culture and body of work that lasts beyond me; something that continues to make an impact even a decade from now. For myself, it means making intentional choices that align with the future I want, not just the success of today.
