Good morning Veronica, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Lately, the greatest joy in my life has been spending time with my two young children—my toddler and my newborn son, who I welcomed at the end of April. It’s been a beautiful season of growth, laughter, and discovery. Watching them interact and develop their own little personalities has brought so much light and purpose to my days outside of work.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Veronica Silva—a spiritual healer, intuitive guide, and the creator behind a growing wellness and empowerment brand. My work is centered around helping others break generational cycles, reconnect with their soul purpose, and step into deeper healing through intuitive insight, energy work, and emotional release practices.
What makes my path unique is that it’s deeply personal—I’ve walked through the fire of family trauma, spiritual awakening, and emotional rebirth. I don’t just teach healing; I live it every day. I’m a mother of two young boys, and everything I do is rooted in building a legacy of truth, strength, and love for them and others.
Right now, I’m developing spiritual tools like healing trackers, intuitive journals, and sacred guidance content to support others on their ascension journey. My goal is to create a safe space for awakening souls to navigate their healing with clarity and purpose.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
The relationship that most shaped how I see myself is the one I’ve had with my parents. While it was a difficult and often painful dynamic, it ultimately became the catalyst for my healing and spiritual awakening. Through navigating that relationship, I came to understand my strength, my sensitivity, and my soul’s purpose. It taught me what love is—and what it’s not—and pushed me to break generational cycles so I could raise my own children with intention, truth, and emotional freedom. That journey has shaped not just how I see myself, but also the work I feel called to do in this world.
When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
I stopped hiding my pain when I realized silence was keeping me stuck in the very cycles I was trying to break. For a long time, I wore strength like armor, but inside, I was carrying generations of unspoken wounds. The turning point came when I became a mother. I knew I couldn’t pass that weight onto my children. I had to confront the pain, speak it, feel it, and let it transform me. That’s when my healing became my power—and now, it fuels everything I do, from my personal growth to the spiritual work I offer others.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
I’m learning to let the public version of me reflect the real me. In person, I’m naturally authentic—I connect deeply, speak from the heart, and people feel my energy. But online, I’ve had to grow into that same confidence. I’m now learning how to project my truth through social media in a way that feels aligned, not performative. The more I heal and step into my purpose, the more the public version of me becomes a mirror of who I truly am.

I deeply understand that healing isn’t just emotional—it’s spiritual, ancestral, and energetic. Most people look at pain as something to avoid or suppress, but I see it as a doorway to liberation. The patterns we carry often don’t start with us, and until we face them at the root, we unknowingly pass them on. I’ve learned that true healing requires courage, stillness, and a willingness to confront what’s been hidden for generations. That kind of inner work transforms not just your life—but your entire lineage.
