I hold myself to high standards of integrity, communication, and follow-through, which ensures that projects are completed efficiently and with excellence.
I’m resourceful, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving, qualities that allow me to navigate challenges and still produce positive outcomes. Most importantly, I’m dedicated to continuous growth, both personally and professionally, which means I’m always seeking ways to improve my skills, provide better service, and add more value to those I work with.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Taquisha McCluster, and I’m a Realtor® with over eight years of experience serving the Tampa Bay area. I specialize in residential and luxury properties, with a strong focus on new construction, home sellers, and relocation buyers. My brand is built on integrity, results, and personalized service ensuring that every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their real estate journey.
What makes my work unique is my holistic approach to helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. Beyond real estate, I’m currently finalizing my General Contractor license to better guide clients on home renovations, new builds, and property improvements. I also provide tax consultation services to help clients get financially prepared to purchase a home, making the process smoother and more strategic from start to finish.
My mission is simple to empower individuals and families with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to make confident, life-changing decisions in real estate.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child, I once believed that having a baby at 16 meant my future would be limited, that I’d become just another statistic. Over time, I realized that my circumstances didn’t define my potential. Through hard work, faith, and determination, I turned my challenges into stepping stones.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
If I could say one kind thing to my younger self, it would be: “You are stronger than you know, and this moment does not define the rest of your life. Every challenge you face will shape you into a powerful, resilient, and inspiring woman keep going, because your future is worth it.”
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
One of the biggest lies the real estate industry tells itself is that it’s all glamour with luxury listings, photo shoots, and easy paychecks. The truth is, real estate is a grind. It’s early mornings, late nights, constant follow-up, and dealing with challenges most people never see. This is not a career you stumble into and succeed by chance. You have to have the drive, discipline, and determination in you from day one. But if you’re willing to put in the work, the rewards, both financial and personal, can be life-changing.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
When I’m gone, I hope people say that I was a great mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, and colleague. Someone who showed up fully in every role I played. I want them to remember that my mission was to build a legacy for my family, especially my children, and that my “why” fueled me every single day. I did it with no hesitation, no excuses. My grind and hustle were unmatched, and I hope my story inspires others to go after their dreams relentlessly and create a life worth remembering.
