Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Photography has always been part of my life in some way, but it became a true calling when I became a mother. I wanted to preserve every fleeting detail of my children’s early years—not just snapshots, but timeless, beautiful portraits that could live on our walls and in our hearts. That personal desire led me to dive deep into newborn and family photography.
Over the years, what began as a creative outlet evolved into a full-time business with a very intentional mission: to offer families more than just digital files or quick sessions. I wanted to create a luxury experience—from the very first consultation to the final delivery of handcrafted artwork for their homes.
I now work with families across the Sarasota and Tampa Bay areas, offering fully guided portrait sessions, personalized styling, professional hair and makeup, and custom-designed heirloom artwork. My clients are often busy parents who value both legacy and beauty—and I take care of everything so they can simply enjoy the experience and relive those memories every day in their home.
What drives me is helping families see the art in their story. My work is about connection, beauty, and honoring this incredibly fleeting season of life.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like most small business owners, the journey has had its share of twists and challenges. One of the biggest hurdles, of course, was the 2020 pandemic. My work is deeply personal and hands-on—I photograph newborns and young children, often in close contact with families—so navigating safety protocols while still trying to serve clients with care and confidence was incredibly difficult.
I’ve also relocated multiple times, moving from Rhode Island to Clearwater, and eventually settling in Sarasota. Each move meant rebuilding my client base from the ground up and reestablishing trust and visibility in a new market. Thankfully, the consistency of my brand and the relationships I’ve built along the way helped make those transitions possible.
Another ongoing challenge is that I bring the studio experience to my clients’ homes, which adds a layer of complexity to every session—logistics, light, setup, weather, space. But it’s worth it to offer that level of convenience and comfort to the families I serve.
And of course, there’s the ever-present juggle of work-life balance, especially as a mother. Travel time, late-night editing, and managing the many layers of running a luxury brand can be demanding—but I’m grateful every day to do what I love.

I specialize in luxury newborn, maternity, and family portraiture—with an emphasis on creating museum-quality artwork and a completely hands-on, white-glove experience for each client. From wardrobe styling and professional hair and makeup to custom framing and installation, every part of the process is curated to be effortless and meaningful.
I travel to my clients’ homes and transform their space into a calm, studio-style environment that’s comfortable for both parents and babies. I take great care in posing newborns safely and beautifully, and I’m known for delivering portraits that are both timeless and polished—images that deserve to live on the walls of a home, not just on a phone.
What I’m most proud of is the emotional connection my clients have to their final artwork. I’ve had parents tear up during reveal appointments because they never imagined how powerful it would be to see their family portrayed as fine art. And that’s what sets me apart—not just the technical skill or luxury service, but the ability to turn fleeting moments into lasting legacy pieces.
My work isn’t about volume or quick sessions—it’s about depth, beauty, and preserving the most meaningful season of a family’s life with care and artistry.
What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is creating a lasting legacy—not just for my own family, but for every family I serve. We live in such a fast-paced, digital world, and it’s easy for our most meaningful moments to get buried in camera rolls or lost in the cloud. I believe in slowing down, being intentional, and preserving the beauty of this season in a way that future generations can hold in their hands.
As a mother, I know how quickly time moves—and how important it is to be in the photos, not just taking them. I want every parent I work with to feel seen, celebrated, and proud to display these moments in their home.
That’s why I do what I do—not just to create beautiful images, but to help families build something permanent: heirlooms, memories, and a visual story of love and belonging that grows more valuable with time.
