Meet Joe Anderson & Paul Tica

Today we’d like to introduce you to Joe Anderson & Paul Tica.

Hi Joe & Paul, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I coached Joe on a recreational basketball team for Middle Schoolers. He was also friends with my sister as well, so kept some sort of communication. We started talking about making our own sports media company a few years ago. Once our vision came together along came other friends of ours that have joined us. We currently have a Wrestling podcast, we go live on Facebook or YouTube for news, previews, and discussions in the world of sports.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Trying to balance the creative differences with everyone. Scheduling time to record or go live for shows, due to distance and different work schedules between everyone. Trying to find like-minded people with dedication like us.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Joe – I am a special needs teacher. I specialize in football, being a former player and a current coach (Freshman Football team). I bring a player and coach’s perspective when discussing anything football. I am most proud of keeping our brand together for so long, staying strong, and looking forward to our future. All of this while we live our regular lives, especially during the pandemic.

Paul – I work in the IT sector. I played semi-pro soccer and I coached my son up until the age of 13 as well. I specialize in throw out the facts into the discussions, people may not like it but it is what it is. Some friends call me the habitual line stepper. I am proud of the group of guys that I work with and the bond we have created during this entire process and I can’t be happier to be on this journey with them.

What sets us apart from everyone else is our passion for sports. We don’t try to be perfect and we speak what’s on our mind. We are fans of the sport and the passion just comes thru when we do our shows. We keep an open mind because we don’t consider ourselves the end all be all for sports. We believe Passion & Sports go hand in hand, if you don’t have passion for the game or team come listen to us and feel our passion.

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
We don’t know how long our journey will be, but come join us for all the laughs, heated debates, and don’t be afraid to ask us questions.
