Life & Work with Brooke Palmer Kuhl

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brooke Palmer Kuhl.

Brooke, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey has been an interesting one. With plans to be a Veterinarian, I moved to Florida for graduate school at USF with plans to attend UF. But life meanders, and a chance meeting led me to a part time job with the 13 Ugly Men, thanks to the late Dr. Randy Feldman. The trajectory of my life changed. I found myself in a world of events, and then PR, Suddenly, a business was born. 20 years later, I have done parties for countless celebrities, million dollar events, and represent some of the best restaurants in Tampa. I am also completing my second master’s program at Georgetown University.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Owning a business is always a struggle. You strive for perfection. I always say, I’m thankful for the potholes I have stepped in. I have constantly been learning and growing. The pandemic forced all of us to rethink our lives and our businesses. To me, that was a gift.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I specialize in making the ordinary, extraordinary. From curating high end events, to securing major PR placements, I strive to overdeliver for my clients. My approach is what sets me apart. It is personal and focused. I integrate myself in my client’s spaces. I want to represent them in the best way possible. I am proudest of my achievements during Covid. I was able to feed over 10,000 meals to first responders, nursing homes, and foster children. I am also proud of my family. My husband and my dogs are my world.

Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
I am passionate about dog rescue. I support the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, and I founded the Pitbull Mafia of South Tampa. We are Fairy Dogmothers and have saved 30 dogs in a little over a year!
