Today we’d like to introduce you to Cait Valentin.
Hi Cait, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Everything opened up for me on a deep spiritual and heart level when I was 22 years old. I had lost my five year old son, Julian and eight months after that day, I lost his father, Steven. I had always been a very intuitive, connected and empathetic soul but it wasn’t until these events occurred that I began deeply tapping into this. The seed within me was watered in 2012 and it has continued to grow. I began searching for my purpose in this life and questioning everything. I saw the work I was doing at the time as meaningless so I quit and found something that lit my heart up a bit more but I was taken off my path for a while due to love and life. When I came out of the fog a few years later, I was reminded of my mission and my passion for life. I didn’t want to work for someone anymore, I didn’t want to do meaningless work and miss out on the life that I had. I needed to create and I needed to stand for something.
My soul was craving this. I ended up becoming a massage therapist, energy worker and life coach because I wanted to help heal others. This was my passion for a couple years until I had a vision during a meditation in 2019 of merging my love for veganism, animals, dessert and higher consciousness all together to create Nice Cream. I became a vegetarian at the age of ten when I found out that steak was made from cows. It broke my heart and disgusted me, I began watching videos of what really happens to these animals and I started speaking out about it to friends and family. I was vegetarian on and off for years, always going back to what my soul believed was true until one day, the pull was too strong to ever ignore again and I went vegan. I removed every single product that contained animal products out of my life. It’s been five beautiful years since then and my life is forever changed.
I am in the beginning stages of putting this business together and I didn’t think I could ever want something so much in my life. I can see, feel and TASTE the potential this has to shift lives and the energy on this planet. THIS is what my soul has been craving to do all of these years, the call I heard when I was a child and I wouldn’t be here today if I didn’t experience what I did and if I didn’t do the healing I was pulled to do. I envision Nice Cream Shake Bar as a space for like-minded souls to gather together and connect on a deeper level while enjoying delicious cruelty-free Nice Cream Shakes and to show others that you are not missing out on a single thing by becoming vegan; you are actually shifting frequencies and returning to love.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Oh man, this road has been very tough in all different ways but the light is brighter and the vision has never been clearer. We are currently experiencing a few setbacks due to what is taking place on the planet right now but it is nothing that we cannot overcome. We had an idea of when we would be opening shop (food truck) but it may be pushed back some which is okay! We are trusting in divine timing. Everything is working in our favor.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Nice Cream is an all vegan “milkshake” bar. We plan to serve up some delicious freak shakes topped with brownies, cookies, donuts, cakes etc. We have not found anything like it around here and we know the souls of the city of St. Petersburg will absolutely love it! We plan to begin as a food truck, attending events, pop ups, birthdays, weddings etc. and expand to a store front when it is time. It has all been visualized and it is all in the process of manifesting into our reality. Nice Cream is rooted in compassion. Compassion for animals and for this planet. We believe strongly in veganism and know that if more souls were aware of the truth and how delicious cruelty-free living is, more would make the shift and love doing so!
So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
