Hidden Gems: Meet Nicole Mescia of Arise Farm

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Mescia.

Hi Nicole, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I was adopted out of foster care in upstate NY, swimming in the Junior Olympics, escaping into nature before college and embarking on the world.

I began my career as a headhunter working with some of the top companies in the tech, medical, and government contracts. I then went into the pharmaceutical world and into research, delving into the mental health, dementia, and pain sectors for a couple of years before transitioning into the device world. I helped launch new drugs and devices to market focused on outcomes and reimbursement.

When I started seeing the shift to more reimbursement focus, I was lucky enough to be working with some of the top brains, brain development researches and across ortho and other modalities. During that time, I started learning about what lights up in the brain, what can cross the blood brain barrier, and also began going down the path of root cause to address symptoms instead of sedating them. During that time, I was told to get a thermography while being seen wearing my cell phone in my scrub pocket. They found hotspots and addressed it with suggestions along a more holistic path. I do not know what definitively cleared my hot spots but received a clear breast scan within a year and a half.

I was finding more relief the more I went inside to address my blocks and triggers. It became a whole new world that was lighting me up in the inside. The feedback from others along their similar journeys.

I was the top rep multiple years in a row in the medical field until I walked out on faith to purchase my farm. I wanted to create a space for others to learn about #allthetools that could help address their root cause along their personal journeys. It has become an animal rescue farm, we have grown hemp, we have Airbnb and hip camp spaces for others to come and enjoy the peace of the land. We host wellness retreats, weddings, ceremonies, new moon gatherings, small business gatherings, girl scouts, just so many options for others. We are in the works for a school program on the farm to support the children and families in the community.

I began working with an extraordinary holistic kinesiologist practitioner near the Tampa area. I now travel back and forth from NC to Florida for gatherings and helping others along the way!

My latest Florida experience was filming at Plasticity that addresses root cause healing for the brain.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No. Haha, I walked away making between 2-330,000 a year to walk out on faith with a Young Living business bringing in a fraction of the funds. I had never struggled more in my life for two plus years. I am a testimony to these tools that kept me from sedating and kept me going. It has brought me through the valley to the other side with extreme deep gratitude. I found a worn stone on the farm before the trauma that spoke about rising up on eagles wings to take the high road. Then I started seeing an eagle flying over the farm, just so many messages along the way. I was targeted several ways for the path I was taking and was led through each time. I came out the other side victorious with my daughter commenting to me to keep taking the high road and shining my light. My vision and passion is a gift from our creator and I am just a messenger to serve.

As you know, we’re big fans of Arise Farm. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We are an animal rescue and hemp farm. We were involved with the NC State Industrial hemp program until it ended this past year, now in the process for the federal level license. We have airbnb and hipcamp spaces for others to come enjoy the land. We even had a music video filmed out of LA on our farm. We focus on products and modalities to help support and address the root cause for peoples healing journeys. We host gatherings in Florida and on the farm. We are in construction for a kitchen in our barn to make our products on the farm, farm to table gatherings, music, podcasts, educating, supporting and empowering others!

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
To not give up on yourself, your worth, your value and to take the high road when you can. Let source/God/universe handle the low vibration projections. To find your healing and peace, you MUST go inside to address your original wounding’s. Our triggers are clues to our healing needs. You CAN release the pain inside, you CAN find love for yourself and create healthy boundaries in your life. That we are all connected, that we are all human and to trust your intuition and protect your energy to show up to be the best version of yourself you can be. To know how truly strong I really am. That I am a gift as we all are. That if you can connect to source, you can manifest and make your dreams happen! That there are angels and messages all around when we are open to receive. That we are meant to live abundantly so that we can bless others abundantly.
